Angelina Spencer

Angelina Spencer is President of Empowerment Enterprises, Ltd., a Washington, D.C. political management firm specializing in issues and advocacy. The firm’s clients include free speech groups, trade associations, political think tanks, small business, government, law enforcement, computer data collection and technology firms, nonprofits and corporations in the golf, military and nightclub industries.

Elected officials and company clients have repeatedly praised Spencer’s skills in diplomacy for her ability to persuade vehemently opposing sides to use circumspection as a bridge to compromise on heated legislative issues.

In 2009, Spencer co-founded COAST (club operators against sex trafficking). The program, which has trained more than 5,500 people to recognize and report suspected incidents of human trafficking, is taught in collaboration with federal special agents from Homeland Security Investigations. Additionally, in 2004, she launched a national nonpartisan voter registration drive for millenials. She has appeared in the NY Times, CBS Evening News and Time Magazine. She has been invited as a speaker before state legislative committees, Zonta International, Republican Women’s Groups, Mensa and City Clubs.

Spencer, a native of Sandusky, Ohio, graduated with a Master’s degree from The George Washington University’s School of Political Management. She was also their 2013 Henry D. Paley Valedictorian co-recipient. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio.

Angelina is active in the Florida PACE Center for Girls as Vice Chair for the Immokalee school, Leadership Collier, The SW FL Executive Women’s Golf Association, A Volunteer for the Collier County Sherriff’s Office in the anti-human trafficking unit, The Greater Naples Better Government Committee and various Anti-Human Trafficking Efforts across the U.S.

Spencer works in the Washington, D.C. area.
