The main gathering space for the conference will be on the bottom level of the hotel. This level of the hotel is one floor below the lobby and can be accessed via elevator or escalator. The elevators that are closest to the main conference space are in the “tower” and not connected to the retreat center rooms. The retreat center portion of the hotel connects directly to our conference space on the lower level.
Please contact Summit organizers 30 days ahead of the Summit (July 4, 2022) via email at Summit@woodhullfoundation.org if you are in need of a mobility device during the Summit. The hotel does not have durable medical equipment to rent or borrow. Summit organizers will need to arrange for that equipment ahead of time so please do not hesitate to reach out. Requests received after July 4, 2022 are not guaranteed.
The main parking garage for the hotel is at the back of the hotel opposite the lobby. There are stairs to access the hotel from the parking garage on all levels except for the very top level. If stairs are not accessible to you then you must park on the very top level of the parking garage. From the top level you will be able to walk directly into the lobby level of the hotel without having to traverse stairs. It is a fairly long walk from the parking garage to the main lobby where the elevators and check in desk are located. If you need assistance with unloading your luggage the hotel does have staff available to assist. Please call the front desk upon your arrival for assistance. Alternatively, you can park your car at the front entrance of the hotel while unloading. The front door is much closer to the elevators and the check-in desk. The hotel is not offering valet parking at this time so you will have to move your car to the parking garage once you have finished unloading.
The hotel has several accessible room types available. Please specify with the hotel when making your reservation if an accessible room is needed for your stay.
